l brought a car from a friend and it hadn’t been transferred it into my name
I was stopped giving way to oncoming traffic when l was hit from behind
Because the car wasn’t yet in my name, I didn’t have insurance on the car The car was insured against third party damage from the previous owner I wasn’t in the wrong, l was hit from behind, I wasn’t at fault so l contacted car crash assist that handled the whole ordeal
